About the Business
Specialties
B-man's Teriyaki & Burgers is a quick and casual spot to fill up on a fusion of Japanese style Teriyaki, Curry, and Burgers. Here at B-Man's we believe in serving quality at a fair price. We choose only the finest ingredients for our homemade recipes. Our teriyaki sauce is sweetened with real honey, and it's the taste that keeps everyone coming back for more. Our Chicken Curry, made with imported Japanese spices, as well as our homemade Chicken Chili are just as delicious over a bowl of rice as they are topping our golden brown crinkle cut fries. Our marinades that make our chicken skewers and tofu skewers are oh so good, and the Honey-Sesame Vinaigrette for our Chinese Chicken Salad are all the B-Man's own personal recipes. These are just a few of the ways that we at B-Man's try to make your dining experience here a special one. We do our best to make it right every time. No matter what your taste is, you're bound to find something at B-Man,s that you will love. We're a great alternative to the traditional fast-food out there, so if you're on the go or in a hurry, make the trip to B-Man's Teriyaki & Burgers to get Teriyaki the way it should be!

Byron T.
Business Owner
Byron Takeuchi (The B-Man) grew up in the restaurant business. He worked at his Parents', Spike's Teriyaki Bowl since they opened in 1976. Byron's Dad, Bob Takeuchi, was actually the creator of the "Teriyaki Bowl". In 1990, Byron graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business. He began experimenting with various other recipes that didn't quite fit into the well established menu at Spike's. He left Spike's in 1998 and with the help and urging of good friends Ken Yankowski, Richie Quach and his mother, Sachiko Takeuchi, he opened B-Man's Teriyaki & Burgers in 1999.
