History
Established in 1989.
Avatar's Restaurant was established by Avtar Singh Ubhi, a prominent and popular Sausalito local. He was loved and cherished by many, not only for the cuisine he invented, but for being a friend to many. The business has a long-standing tradition of of serving free meals to all on Thanksgiving Eve, running strong since inception. Avatar's Restaurant also has a more casual chain called Avatar's Punjabi Burritos (or "APB"), with locations in Mill Valley, Larkspur, and Petaluma. Our local clientele treat us like family, and we love to reciprocate.
