"Welcome to our foodie paradise, where everything is fresh and made with love! Our burgers are made with a blend of two cuts of beef, ground fresh daily and hand-molded into juicy patties of pure burger bliss. And let's not forget about the sides - our hand-cut Belgian style fries are fried to a golden crisp and dusted with Italian sea salt, while our zucchinis and onion rings are hand-cut and breaded with a tantalizing mixture of Japanese panko bread crumbs and Midwestern cracker meal. But the fun doesn't stop there - our pastrami is freshly sliced and simmered in a proprietary blend of spices and peppers, giving it a kick that will have you coming back for more (or at least requiring a second person to help you finish it off). And the best part? All of our food is made with fresh, never frozen ingredients and, when in season, sourced from local farms in California. So come on in and let us treat you to the best burger in the world (or at least in our humble opinion!)"

Established in 1993.

Apollo Burgers has been in operation since 1993 we recently remodeled and condensed the menu. We have the mindset that a big menu attempts to please everyone and ends up pleasing no one. So we reduced the menu to less than 20 items with a focus on making everything from scratch and with a ton of love. We come from a family of foodies that believes good food should be a human right!
