The vegetables were from our garden, the eggs from our chickens, and my father hunted and fished. We had fresh truffles and porcini mushrooms. I even stomped the grapes to make the wine!" Since his humble beginnings in Italy, Antonio Cagnolo has emerged as a dynamic force in the field of dining. He has earned national acclaim for the award-winning Italian cuisine served at his venerable Antonello Ristorante and has been the recipient of the prestigious Circle of Fame Awards, Golden Scepter Award and was named "Restaurateur of the Year" by the Southern California Restaurant Writers.
