History
Established in 2013.
It all started with a Google search, "Best chocolate chip cookie recipe". Antoine was on a quest to find the best cookies in San Jose when it dawned on him that he should just make his own. After making a few batches Antoine could not eat all these cookies so he brought them to his church small group. They were very encouraging and told him he could sell his cookies. Antoine started selling his cookies on Etsy and launched a Kickstarter project. Soon he was zooming up and down the Bay in his red convertible delivering cookies to Apple, Google, Facebook, and dropping them at people's doors. For three years Antoine delivered cookies in the South Bay and Peninsula. He made lots changes to his recipes and menu. His first customers funded his R&D of cookie making. In 2016 Antoine outgrew the certified kitchen he was using in San Jose and made a small upgrade to a tiny shop on a tiny street in Downtown San Mateo. Still making changes to his recipes and still learning.

I started this shop in February 2013 with three recipes and a passion for making delicious cookies. I now offer nine cookie flavors and I'm still creating new ones. My inspiration comes from my customers. It's an amazing feeling to be able to make something that people love, and making something that people love will always be at the core of my business. Some of my best menu items were suggestions from my customers. If you have a great cookie idea please share it with me and we can create something delicious together.
