It features a menu that uses fresh-made ingredients that our chef sources from local purveyors to create fantastic, fresh daily dishes such as the Millionaire Burger and our Southwest Chopped Salad. V's Taproom features wine on tap, as well as 16 draft beers, including craft breweries from Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and California.
