A match made in the Mediterranean Victor Belmonte of Sicily wed Ola Marie of Calabria in 1931. As Sheila was a young girl she often spent time with her grandmother Ola cooking in the kitchen. Inspired by her heritage of southern Italy and a tribute to her grandparents, Sheila wanted to incorporate the dishes she grew up loving with her newest concept Vic & Ola's.
