Established in 2022.
Twist originally started in San Diego as a Sandwich shop by owner operator, Saad Elquarati.
Teaming up with Arizona restaurateur Kyle Preston, Saad moved to Arizona in January of 2022 to relaunch Twist as the west valley’s premier Hot chicken Joint focusing on Nashville Hot chicken sandwiches, Tenders, & loaded fries.
Twist Hot Chicken expanded its operation to Tempe in November of 2023.
