The Tucson restaurant's fare and namesake are inspired by the culinary influences of its three owners that span from Louisiana to Texas to Arizona. "Our goal is to create a sense of community and a gathering place through our cuisine and atmosphere." All the elements of southern comfort come together at The Parish. The restaurant's menu inspires patrons to explore and share unique and classic style dishes - with a twist for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Business Owner

Steve Dunn has over 25 years of culinary and restaurant experience. Dunn held the position of General Manager of Cup Café at Hotel Congress since 2005. He is currently the President of the St. Patrick's Day Parade and has founded local events such as the Great Irish Cook-Off and the Night for New Orleans Crawfish Boil.Travis Peters was most recently the Executive Chef at Cup Café and Tucson's Hotel Congress where he lead an award winning staff. Peters attributes his creative culinary style to his family roots and culinary influences from his wife Karen and daughter Abigail.Bryce Zeagler was the Owner/Founder of The French Quarter in Tucson, an authentic Cajun restaurant and bayou bar for seven successful years and is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
