Szechuan Restaurant features high-end Chinese cuisine, a fresh sushi bar, and an upscale cocktail lounge in Sedona, AZ. The Szechuan style of cooking that has existed for hundreds of years originated in the Szechuan province of China. Though the culinary style was Chinese in origin, the many ingredients used were decidedly worldly and from the New World. Combined with the old world Szechuan style, these New World ingredients shaped one of the first international cosmopolitan cuisines. At Szechuan, we are committed to tradition and excellence and it is at the heart of everything we do. All of our dishes are made with the best ingredients and we work hard to use healthy options wherever possible. For your convenience, delivery and catering is also available. History

Established in 2006.

The history and tradition here at Szechuan begins with our patriarch, Mr. (Jason) Tseng. Our father's journey to culinary excellence began in Taiwan and has migrated its way to Arizona. As a chef, Mr. Tseng was instrumental in revolutionizing the menu and level of service for our restaurant today. Mr. Tseng opened his first Szechuan restaurant in Flagstaff in 1998. Supported by the local community's continued love and demand for our food, we opened our second location in 2006. Now, amidst the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, AZ, Szechuan Restaurant is proud to call this place our home.

Manager

Jerry took over management of  Szechuan from his father, Mr. Tseng. Jerry continues to maintain the tradition of excellence established by his father. This commitment to revolutionary customer service led to the opening of the martini cocktail bar with a full martini menu, as well as the expansion of the main menu to now include sushi. The only Chinese restaurant in Sedona, Szechuan has continued to serve locals and tourists alike with the same commitment to excellence started by the founder over 40 years ago.
