History
Established in 2010.
Simon's Hot Dogs started in a small kitchen inside the brewery of Oak Creek in Sedona, AZ in 2010. Moved to Scottsdale, AZ in December 2015. And in November 2023, we began our journey as a food truck business, serving different areas of the city: Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Phoenix.

We are a family owned food truck, passionate about food and our Colombian culture. We believe that food is the funniest way to explore a new country, we love sharing our Colombian street food and one of the most beloved street foods for us is Hot Dogs. A Colombian hot dog is far from being a lonely hot dog, for us it is a big deal, load with a lot of delicious and creative toppings. The Colombian people in general are very friendly and we want people to feel it when they come to visit us.
