Our products are imported directly from Italy: Flour "Molino Caputo" Napoli, Tomatoes San Marzano , Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, Prosciutto Crudo San Daniele, Parmigiano Reggiano and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We bake our pizza on our handcraft wood burning oven imported from Naples.

Pomo in Phoenix, it's certified the First Pizzeria certified by the VPN "Verace Pizza Napoletana" in PHX. We creates the truly authentic Neapolitan Pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, where pizza was born and perfected. Our homemade dough consists of imported highly refined wheat flour from Italy natural starter, salt and water. We then take the slow-rising sourdough, which takes at least 24 hours to rise and formed by hand. The pizza is baked for 60-90 seconds at 905 °F in our oven. In combining the slow levitation method, homemade dough, all-natural ingredients and the blast-cooking process in our wood-burning oven, we're able to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture for each pizza. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, the signature style of a Pizza Napoletana.

Stefano Fabbri is the founder of Pomo Restaurant Group, a local restaurant group founded on Fabbri's unique roots. In 1949, Fabbri's grandfather opened a family-ran bakery in Emilia Romagna, Italy, where Fabbri was raised. Throughout Fabbri's childhood and teenage years, he learned traditional cooking techniques from his father and grandfather. Fabbri's unmatched passion for authentic Italian cuisine inspired him to create his own concepts. Today, he successfully runs 3 Pomo Pizzeria's throughout The Valley, Pomo Events, Rosso Italian and Luna Gelateria. Each concept uniquely provides guests with the finest ingredients and blend of Italian experience.
