We are FOOD addicts and love to try foods from different cultures/regions and when we visited Hawaii for a couple of our vacations, we came across poké and fell in love!
During those test runs, we came upon multiple recipe ideas that we liked and then we began further trials and tests and we wanted to bring it to market in Arizona and put our stamp on it. We poki-sized it!
In addition to bringing you Poke, we are the first ones to introduce the Sushi Burrito in Arizona! We call it the Poke Wrap.
We are a small local shop. We are locals who graduated from ASU & try to support local companies. e work with companies that provide us with fresh sustainable, sushi grade, fish from Hawaii. Never frozen!
