Restaurateur Sheldon Knapp, whose wealth of experience in the food & beverage industry spans more than 30 years, is the proud owner of Phoenix City Grille.Knapp graduated from the Thunderbird School of International Management with a Masters in International Management. During that time he successfully completed his first endeavor within the food & beverage industry as one of two who established and launched the ever-popular Thunderbird Pub on its campus in the West Valley.After graduating from Thunderbird, Knapp owned & operated several local pubs and restaurant operations. He then joined one of the leading national restaurant companies, where he became a regional manager and was responsible for opening and managing operations across the country.His love of local history and belief in the importance of the neighborhood restaurant led him to develop PCG and SBG.A veteran of the U.S. Army, Knapp, his wife Nina and their family live in North Central Phoenix.
