History
Established in 1987.
When our founder first walked into a Thai restaurant many years ago, she never could have guessed that she'd someday be opening her own! But she fell in love with the unique flavors and was determined to create a restaurant experience that welcomed both those new to Thai food and those who grew up with it. Since then, Malee's Thai Bistro has proudly served the Scottsdale community with classic entrees as well as some that are entirely unique to Scottsdale!

I am very fortunate to be surrounded by a group of wonderful people who have made Malee's the success that it is. I believe that I should hire the best and then get out of their way; it has worked successfully for over 30 years. I give all the credit for Malee's to the staff who truly care. My kitchen staff has been with me for many years, most for more than 15 years, one since our opening in 1987. They are hard-working, dedicated individuals who share in the dream.
