Kelly Yu is one of the West Valley's up and coming restauranteurs and community leaders. A culinary rising star in the Phoenix, Arizona area, Yu's Kawaii Sushi and Asian cuisine's are one of the highest rated Sushi and Asian fusion concepts on Yelp with 100's of positive reviews. Expanding Kawaii with two locations in both Glendale and now Peoria. Yu hasn't stopped there as she is also a partner in "Poke Maki" which is another fusion concept with small rolls, poke bowls, sushi burritos, ramen noodles, and much more.
