Our dough, sauce, and cheese are made fresh in house multiple times a day, because we are open 24 hours. Our toasted subs are baked to perfection as soon as you place your order. Gus's New York Pizza has been an ASU staple since the 1970s. We make everything the old fashioned way . . . fresh and from scratch! That's right, from scratch. Daily we make our dough, our own sauce, and even grate our own cheese blend. All of our vegetables are fresh, never frozen, and sliced by hand daily. Every single meal is made to order, ensuring the freshest, hottest food each single time. We are open 24 hours to serve the lively city of Tempe that never sleeps.
