Nick has worked in the restaurant industry in Arizona since 1996 growing from a server to a bartender, manager then owner. His goal is to make EVO a place where great experiences and memories are formed. Nick has worked hard to create the right cuisine with ambiance to truly allow guests to enjoy themselves.
