At El Tapatio, we pride ourselves on serving authentic Mexican dishes in the traditional Jalisco style with customer service designed to make you feel at home. Aside from all the entrees you can expect from your favorite Mexican menu, we have an assortment of appetizers and delicious drinks in our full bar for you to enjoy, as well. Our roots as a restaurant are in Colorado, but we've been fortunate enough to be able to expand into Arizona this year with our newest location in the heart of Flagstaff on historic Route 66. We can't wait to welcome you to our new home to show you what El Tapatio hospitality is all about. Los esperamos!

History

Established in 2017.

We are a family-operated restaurant that has its roots in Grand Junction, Colorado. We opened our first restaurant back in 2002 and have been expanding ever since. Our dishes are carefully cooked and flavored in the traditional Jalisco style. When you dine here, we work to make you feel at home!

After opening our first restaurant back in 2002, a food truck in Grand Junction, Colorado, we were overwhelmed by the support we saw from the community. We were fortunate enough to be able to open a second location in 2007. Since then we've been expanding to meet the demand of Mexican food lovers all over the state and have most recently opened a location in Arizona. We hope to see you here soon!
