Named one of Arizona's best pubs, Collins Irish Pub & Grill offers a solid American & Irish cuisine menu and a large draft beer selection for Flagstaff locals and visitors to enjoy. Collins has served its community for more than 20 years and has become one of the most popular sports bars and nightlife spots in town.
Our menu offers a wide variety of options, from appetizers and salads to burgers and sandwiches. We also have a selection of traditional Irish classics, such as Shepard's Pie and Corned Beef and Cabbage. If you need vegetarian or gluten free options, you can find those at Collins, too.
