We Are Back! This is Nina original owner of Cha Da Thai on Via Linda. We have taken over Andre and Noel's famous Noodle Ranch at Scottsdale Crossing. I have a new name 'Chada Thai AZ' but the same wonderful authentic Thai cuisine from the old days at the old address. We have also kept Noodle Ranch famous Pho soup. So you can have the best of both world's, our famous Thai Boat Noodle soup and Andre's Vietnamese Pho. We also have kept Noodle Ranch's wonderful kitchen chefs too and Lucas our Thai chef. As you know our dishes are 100 percent authentic from our secret family recipe. Come on by and visit me. I have truly missed all of you and look forward to seeing you enjoy our newly remodeled restaurant and especially our Thai cuisine.

Chada Thai AZ formerly Cha Da Thai is a family owned business Nina & her mother, Dang, first opened Cha Da Thai on July 1, 2013. They built a solid loyal customer base specializing in authentic Thai cuisine & blew people away with their now famous Boat Noodle soup After a game changing article on December 31, 2013 about Boat Noodle soup the sky was the limit After 7+ sold on 12/31/2020 Now we opened new Old Town location on November 12, 2021 We welcome both old and new customers to experience true authentic Thai cuisine
