Edson has 20 years of Hospitality Industry experience in top tier restaurants and hotels. Edson comes from a strong family background in the Restaurant Industry, with his father being an acclaimed Chef in the Valley for over 35 years. With his father's encouragement he began his career working with James Beard Award Winner Chef Robert McGrath at the Roaring Fork of Scottsdale. He worked both Front and Back of House, attaining titles of Kitchen Manager and Assistant Manager.His love for Downtown Phoenix drew him to the Smith Hospitality Group. There he was given the opportunity of General Manager where he supervised Bar Smith and Stoudemires. It was due to this he later had the ability to purchase Bar Smith and form Solstice Management Group, LLC.Wanting to further enrich his career in the Food & Beverage world, Edson went on to work for the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess where he held the position as General Manager for La Hacienda restaurant.This gave him the second opportunity to wo
