A made-from-scratch bakery, all varieties of bread are baked fresh daily. We specialize in Artisan breads, mainly hard-crusted European-style sourdough (naturally leavened) breads. We offer large, delicious sandwiches with vegetarian options, homemade daily soups and a huge array of handmade pastries. A full espresso bar also available.

History

Established in 1998.

Beyond Bread is a locally owned and operated business baking fresh artisan breads daily using ovens imported from Europe. The original store opened in February, 1998 and within a short amount of time the owners realized the space was not sufficient to create the breads, sandwiches and pastries efficiently. In March of 2002, Beyond Bread opened its second location on Speedway and Wilmot providing much needed space for production. Soon after this expansion, the original location moved across the street to a larger building with far more parking. Both moves proved to be great for business as the restaurant continues to be a busy, bustling place serving consistently great food!
