Our story is simple. We are three life-long friends who had one goal in mind: to create a quality product and bring it to hungry people throughout the valley. Aioli Gourmet Burgers started with one truck, grew into three, became a full catering company, and now we have our brick and mortar location. When it came down to choosing the restaurant location, it was easy. Let's go back to where it all started: the neighborhood where we grew up, 32nd Street and Shea. Come try one of our delicious gourmet aioli hamburgers, the restaurant is now open!

History

Established in 2013.

We started out as Three Life Long Friends, A Dream and a Food truck. We grew the business into three trucks, a catering business and now our first Brick and Mortar Locations. When Chef Tom, Kyle and Michael started all they wanted to do was create a concept based on Gourmet Food on the road! They are Shadow Mountain and Shea Middle School Alumni and happy to be back in the neighborhood.

Chef Tom D'ambrosio started Aioli Gourmet Burgers with Kyle Hollenbeck and Michael Cartolano. Chef Tom is a Norther Arizona University Hotel Restaurant Management Graduate as well as a Culinary Institute of America Grad. He then went on to the Greenbrier a 5 Diamond Resort where he studied with Master Chef Richard Rosedale. Once he decided to come home and open the Food truck with Kyle and Michael, it took off. With Michaels Business plan, Tom's Culinary Expertise and Kyle's marketing and sales skills, they were able to scale the business within 2 and a 1/2 years to what it is today.We would like to thank our families, friends, employees and all of our partners who helped us get here.
