Thao Vu (Syndy), Oanh Vu (Kim), and Phuong Hoang (Mike) all relocated to Birmingham from New Orleans to open Saigon Noodle House. They adapted many of the same recipes for the noodle soup and banh mi sandwiches that their father, Can Vu, sold on his food cart in Vietnam.
