We specialize in whole smoked meats, lunches-to-go, dine-in seating and catering. We have several smoked meats including Boston butt, beef brisket, chickens, ribs, turkey, turkey breasts, hams and more...all smoked long and slow to perfection. Our beef brisket is unusual- tender and pulled brisket, not the typical sliced brisket. We also make several sides in-house using the Meat Boss' own recipes. Last, but not least, we offer 5 original Boss Sauces including Sweet, Sweet&Spicy, Vinegar, Spicy Vinegar and White. We also offer small and large party catering and delivery with advance notice.

Established in 2012.
The Meat Boss officially opened his original take-out lunch counter in December of 2012. It has grown to now include a dining room, new kitchen and catering.
