Our specialty is putting our own crafty twist on comfort food. We love Pensacola, so we want to offer both locals and travelers a place they can feel welcome and know they will receive top-notch food, drink & service quality.

History

Established in 2015.

The Union Public House opened to the public in January of 2016. We are still growing, but the restaurant operations have tightened-up immensely!

Business Owner

Blake worked his way through culinary school and the prestigious Savoy Hotel in London, England then back to America via New York before returning to his hometown of Pensacola, Florida. He has a passion for feeding people with Southern comfort foods all through the eye of a highly trained & skilled chef. You can taste the love in every bite of his food.Patrick started from the bottom of the Totem pole of a local restaurant and worked his way up through almost every facet of a restaurant. His passion is for taking care of people from behind the bar, but he also wants to help raise the bar for the local bartending & service industry scene.
