Myles Meade, manager of The Noble South, helped to found the business in 2014 after years of working in the hotel and service industries. He has a unique appreciation for food and is proud of the innovative dishes and local, farm to table products they present to the public. Nothing makes him happier than seeing his customers leave The Noble South satisfied and smiling, and he looks forward to seeing what the future holds for his business.
