Michael Borodimos  the owner-chef  of Opa! was born in Athens, Greece and came to the United States in 2000. He has always had a passion for Greek cuisine and aspires to give every customer an authentic taste of his homeland. Michael believes in supporting local farmers, and buying their freshest ingredients. He does not have a set menu, because he would rather work with the best ingredientes than compromise the quality of his food.He understands dietary restrictions and always has a 4 Authentic Greek course meals, comes with dessert and House red wine. prepare your self to dancing SYRTAKI and smashing plates .
