In order to bring to your table the best tasting and healthiest food possible, we have chosen to purchase our Certified Naturally Grown fresh produce from Owls Hollow Farm, located North of Gadsden. Our beef is grass-fed, with no antibiotics or hormones added. The chicken is organic and our cooking oil is non-GMO. We serve organic basmati rice and Israeli couscous. No MSG is ever used.

Our restaurant is dedicated to serving you the freshest produce, skillfully prepared quality meats, and all served with our Homemade Pita prepared daily in our kitchen, along with homemade soups and desserts, to bring you the tastiest and best loved food of Israel.
