In the late 1970's, Bob Baumhower couldn't have dreamed he'd one day make a career in hospitality. It was his very unhospitable reputation as a defensive powerhouse that made Bob a five-time Pro-Bowl selection and record-shattering legend in his ten years with the Miami Dolphins.Since 1981, Bob has turned his considerable energy to the love for food and hospitality nurtured at his family's table growing up and later in the kitchen with nutritionist wife Leslie. His first restaurant ventures in the NFL-off season became a full time second career after retirement in 1986.
